My stay was quite disappointing, with serious issues affecting my experience. The main drawback was the terrible management, with rude behavior and unaddressed maintenance problems. On the other hand, I liked that the rooms were clean, and it was a decent budget option for my temporary needs. However, knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t recommend it.

My stay at Brunel Lodge was a frustrating experience. Initially, I was hopeful as the place was within walking distance to the university, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The manager was unhelpful, the shower didn't work properly, and the kitchen was in absolutely horrid condition. While the location is a plus, the lack of maintenance and poor service overshadowed any positive aspects.
